Jessica Spelliscy

Jessica practices exclusively in the area of family law.  She assists parties as they navigate the end of their relationship, as well as organizing their affairs at the commencement of a relationship, through the preparation of a marriage and/or cohabitation agreement.

Jessica was called to the Bar in 2013 and has appeared as counsel in both the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia. She is an active member of the Canadian Bar Association, former executive of the Family Law Section, and member of the Kelowna Bar Association. Jessica was raised in Kelowna and believes in giving back to the community. She organized her own Seniors’ Christmas basket program for several years and volunteered with the KGH Foundation assisting with the organizing of the tremendously successful 2014 and 2016 Heart of Gold Galas.

When not in the office, Jessica enjoys playing soccer and spending time with her husband chasing after their young son and watching her stepson play hockey.
