We’re excited to share some wonderful news from Rush Ihas Hardwick LLP as we celebrate the professional milestones of two exceptional team members—both of whom have grown within our firm.

Lauren Dohler has joined Rush as an associate following her recent call to the bar in 2025. After completing her articles with us, Lauren continues her general civil litigation practice, with a focus on estate and corporate commercial litigation. She brings a meticulous, strategic approach to advocacy, shaped by her education at the University of Victoria and experience with the Law Centre Legal Clinic and Pro Bono Students Canada.

Laura Ibsen has also joined Rush as an associate after successfully completing her articles with the firm. During her articling term, Laura made meaningful contributions to our civil and family law practices. She led Small Claims and Residential Tenancy matters, drafted cohabitation and separation agreements, and supported human rights and civil litigation files. A graduate of Thompson Rivers University and recipient of the Animal Law course prize, Laura brings curiosity, empathy, and professionalism to her work.

We’re proud to have Lauren and Laura continue their legal careers with Rush as associates. Their growth and success reflect their dedication and the strength of our mentorship-focused environment.
