Rob’s practice focuses on resolving commercial, construction, corporate, and shareholder disputes through litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
He began his legal career articling and practicing as a litigation associate at a leading national law firm in Vancouver before moving into the role of in-house litigation counsel for Avigilon Corporation, a Motorola Solutions company.
Rob then moved to Kelowna and practiced as an associate with a leading Western Canadian law firm.
He joins Rush Ihas Hardwick LLP for its experience, capabilities and reputation for litigation in the Okanagan region.
Shaped by his prior in-house role, Rob brings a pragmatic, business-focused approach to dispute resolution. He has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia and has assisted on matters before the Federal Court of Canada.
