Stefani Lefebvre

Stefani practices generally in commercial and civil litigation. She has particular interests in defamation, employment, construction, foreclosures, and property disputes. Stefani summered and articled with Rush Ihas Hardwick LLP before being called to the bar in 2021 and joining the firm as an associate.

Stefani received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Calgary and her Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University. She also attended the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology for civil engineering technology.

Before attending law school, Stefani worked for a number of years as a legal assistant. She specialized in real estate conveyancing for residential, commercial, and agriculture lands. During law school, Stefani was a selected editor of the Canadian Journal of Comparative and Contemporary Law. She made the Dean’s List and she received the Dean’s Course Prizes in Employment Law and Construction Law. Stefani was also the president of the TRU Law soccer club and an editor of the Obiter.

When not at work, Stefani enjoys spending time with her cats and exploring the Okanagan breweries and wineries
